So we decide to bite the bullet and put in an offer on a new house. We have been living on post in a SMALL 2 bedroom apartment and we have just plan out grown it. So about 6 months ago we decide we would start looking to buy a house, well after 1 failed purchase we have finally found another house we both like. I have to say I am very excited about the house yet very scared at the same time. This will be our 1st home ever of our own so we will see how it turns out.
I would love to say that is a picture of our new home, but its not LOL. We are getting one that is the exact same floor plan but ours hasn't been built yet. You know I say exact same but its really not, I didn't much care for the bathroom in the house so we are asking them to make some changes in ours. Other than that the house is exactly what we wanted. It has 3 bedrooms and a huge bonus room upstairs.The kitchen is to die for and and just a really nice size I think. I'm very excited to hear back from the builder and see if he accepts our offer or not. I will keep you all posted. Wish us luck. Kiss Kiss April
